Q. Why is the “Run” Button Greyed Out/Not Available in the Firefly Software?

A. The run button will be greyed out/not available due to a WiFi issue. The router connected to the Firefly will either be connected to your home network instead of the Firefly computer or not connected to any network at all. Please check the network settings on the Firefly computer and connect to the TP Link router that is connected to the Firefly machine. In addition, always check that all cord connections are set up properly.

*Note- if you can not find your router in the WiFi connections and the router has been plugged in and running for more than a few months, power down your Firefly system and software. Then, unplug the power source for the router for about 5 seconds. Once that is complete, plug the power back in and let the router boot up for about 2-5minutes before powering up your system. Make sure you are connected to your TP Link before opening the Software.
