Q. How often does the device need to be repaired? Can this be done by any technician or does the device have to be sent to you?

 

A. You receive a one-year full warranty for parts and labor with your purchase. We rarely have repairs needed. The Firefly devices have been out on the market since 1998. The special LED’s last more than 20,000 hours. All repairs are handled in California, USA at their production facility and are shipped from the practitioner to that location and then shipped back to the Practitioner.
