Q. For clients who have spikes in the 150-300000 range, are binders or supplements to help breakdown the biofilm recommended or will the Firefly be able to break down the biofilm?

A. I always like to suggest coconut charcoal as a binder when doing any kind of ablation. The Firefly light can penetrate through the biofilm to ablate the pathogens underneath it but I’m not sure if can break it down. My clients were constantly passing the biofilm with the pathogens, however.
